Publix has Kellogg's Smart Start Strawberry Oat Bites Ceral for BOGO free, St. Augustine, FL priced at $3.99. On specially marked boxes you can try it for FREE. Need:

1. Original cash register with price circled, no photocopies.
2. 1 UPC from Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats Blueberry Muffin or Kellogg's Smart Start Strawberry Oat Bites cereal.
3. Request must be postmarked by 7-31-09.

One request per name, address or household. No PO Boxes allowed, only street or rural route addresses are acceptable. Original form required.

Please note: the rebate form is part of the box, so that is why I'm including the details as you will need to open the box and cut it out. I've taken a photo of the box and the rebate form if someone can tell me how to include as an attachment. There is a yellow banner at top of box.
