OK. My head is spinning on the Oscar Meyer BOGO sale and the Exxon deal. The Exxon deal says HOT DOGS. The bogo sale says BEEF FRANKS. The Publix coupon says WEINERS. Are these all differant products? So, will the Publix coupon work on the bogo sale for FRANKS? Will the Weiners or franks work for the Exxon deal? I am so confused here and do not want to be denied my rebate on this. Anybody know?

hot dogs: General term that includes all the beef franks, wieners, cheese dogs, turkey franks, etc. See here.

beef franks: Specific set of products. These and most of these.

wieners: Specific set of products. These. Includes turkey franks, but not beef franks.

The Exxon deal covers all of them. The Publix coupon and Publix sale (as advertised) are on separate products. It's possible the Publix sale includes more than the beef franks, I don't know.

Do you think that this deal will work if the total of the Register reciept is less than $50.00 after all of the coupons have been used? The rules ask that you specify the total of the reciept. So I think in order to get the 30.. of gas cards, we need to spend $150.00.

All the other Publix offers I've done have been fine with the Total before coupons and if I recall correctly the language was all the same about $150 total.

Hot Button A scenario that might work for promo

Here's what I'm thinking about doing:

$7.20 - 4 Kraft Mayo with olive oil
$7.40 - 4 Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs (I need to double check if these are definitely included in the promo - if not I'll add in 4 Crystal Light Liv Active drink mixes to the pot)
    $12.00 - 4 Kraft Cheese Singles
    $8.00 - 4 Crystal Light
    $5.40 - 4 Kraft Dressings
$2.00 - 2 - $1 +/- produce (to use tearpads wyb 2 kraft dressings) (I added in more produce so my coupons would not produce overage).
    $2.90 - 14 Kool Aids

Sub total: $43.80 (need to recheck my math as I took out the Publix Oscar Meyer/cheese coupons 'cause they say you can't use with other coupons)

    I'll use the following Q's:

    $5/$40 - from a newspaper clipping (-$5)
    4 - $1/1 Kraft Mayo with olive oil Q's (-$4)
    (I took out the Publix/Oscar Meyer/Cheese coupons)
    2 - Free Oscar Meyer wyb 3 (-$7.40)
    4 - Free Kraft Singles wyb 3 (-$12.00)
    2 - Free Crystal Light wyb 3 (-$8.00)
    2 - Free Kraft Dressing wyb 3 (-$5.40)
    2 - $1/1 produce wyb 2 Kraft Dressings (-$2)

    $43.80 in credits

    Out of pocket: $-0-

If you don't have a $5/$40 coupon, you could just get $2 worth of produce and your out of pocket would be under $2.

Now I plan to send in that receipt (I normally break up my transaction so that the coupons total less then $50 which is the point where a supervisor must come over and input their supervisor's code to enter each and every coupon after $50 - management has asked me to break up my orders) plus grocery receipts showing $123.00 more in groceries pre-coupons and I should be set to get the $30 gas cards.

I love buying the little boxes of Cheerios for $.50 and using $.50/1, $1/2 or $1.50/3 coupons on them. Great way to add to your pre-coupon total. Perriar water @ $1 (use $1/1 blinkies) also comes to mind as does Sundown vitamins $6/2 (green flyer coupon), Revlon Beauty tools $2/1 (green flyer coupon).

Here's how I figured the coupons. First my abbreviations:

    Mayo - Kraft Mayo
OM = Oscar Meyer hot dogs
    CH = Kraft cheese singles
KA = Kool Aid unsweetened pack
    CL = Crystal Light
    KD = Kraft Dressing

    1 OM wyb 3 Mayos
    2 OM BOGO sale
3 OM wyb 1 Mayo & 2 KA (kool aid)
    4 OM BOGO sale

    1 CH wyb 3 OM's
    2 CH wyb 1 OM & 2 KA's
    3 CH wyb 3 KA's
    4 CH wyb 3 CH

    1 CL wyb 1 CH & 2 KA's
    2 CL BOGO sale
    3 CL wyb 3 KA's
    4 CL BOGO sale

    1 KD wyb 3 CL's
    2 KD BOGO sale
    3 KD wyb 1 CL & 2 KA's
    4 KD BOGO sale

I'm sure there are better scenarios out there - care to share yours?

**** Note: The Kraft singles are on sale this week for $2. I'm hoping they have the Kraft Select singles (12 oz.) pack which were a little over $3 at W/D this past week. ****

That's outstanding I did want to mention, I think the kraft singles are on sale for $2 this week, you have them as $3. I won't quite be doing it this way b/c I need other stuff anyway to get to $150. But I will definately be using some of your scnearios in mine. I have a $5/$30 and a $10/$50(w/d) to work with.

Thanks for that info. Actually I was hoping the scenario would work with the Kraft Select but I'll have to check those $1 OM & Kraft cheese coupons to see if it would. I think they are on advantage buy for just over $3.

Right, but I think(can't be sure b/c i used all of mine) that the free cheese is for the 12 oz package. I could be wrong. I would prefer the select, but I know there was a reason I got the regular slices and I think that is why.

I have a question for the Publix experts. :)
If I don't spend $50 in one receipt can I use 2 receipts for the deal? Or does everything have to be on one receipt (IE: 4 kraft products that includes $50 of groceries)
    Thanks so much I <3 PUBLIX :)

The form says receipt(s) so I'm assuming it would be fine - has been in the past.

In the original post is the phone number for questions. I'd definitely check it out.
