Confirmation "before" coupons Hi melissa,
It's Kristen. I passed on our concerns about the coupon issue. I explained how often coupons are used, it would be difficult to attain $150. Unless you are feeding an army :)
They agreed to let it slide. You can submit your receipt with the totals BEFORE coupons.
Would you please send a copy of this email as well?
Thank you Melissa. Sorry for any trouble this may have caused
Have a great day
Kristen

I spoke to Kristen (from Kraft?) this morning who stated that the $150 requirement must be met AFTER all coupons are taken. This imposes a HUGE problem to those of us who regularly shop using coupons as tender at Publix! Normally Publix has been extremely friendly to couponers recognizing that coupons are a form of tender/payment but this new "rule" is leaving a bad taste in some of our mouths. Could you please confirm in writing whether the $150 purchase requirement is before or after coupons? Personally I feel that you should allow at least manufacturer coupons to be counted as legal tender as you would cash, debit, charge, etc. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If this is Kristen - Hi! If your answer is definitely AFTER all coupons, can we purchase gift cards as part of the $150? Sincerely, Melissa
