Thought I would share a meal we are having with deals from the past couple of weeks....

Chicken Nachos..

Combine 1 jar Pace Mexican Four Cheese queso (on sale now), 1 can cream of chicken, 1 soup can of milk, and 1 can chicken (Valley Fresh from a couple weeks ago). Heat on stove top or in covered dish in oven for about 35 min. at 325.
Pour over tortilla chips (penny item this week) for yummy nachos. Goes well with a nice green salad or some cool summer fruit.

Very quick and easy.....hope you enjoy it!

Ooo good idea! We ate a bunch of sale stuff tonight too:

We had pan-fried chicken cutlets (cut from the boneless skinless chicken breast that was on sale a week or two ago)
Cut each breast into 4 strips, dip in egg, then a mixture of 4c seasoned breadcrumbs to which you've added chopped garlic, pecorino romano cheese, and fresh basil, then pan fry in olive oil and finish in 325 degree oven while the side dishes are cooking:

We served it with buttered egg noodles, steamed Greenwise carrots (BOGO!), and canned Niblets corn (another BOGO!).

Well, you guys must love to cook because we are having DiGiornio Ultimate Pizzas for dinner tonight! It was either pizza or Bertolli's! DH picked pizza...both sale items though!!! Quick and easy!

Mmmm...we had spaghetti from the Ragu pouches and the 1.99 ground chuck. :P

However, in my defense of easy, I did add tons of fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, and basil from my garden.

I got home late & DH wasn't too hungry. So I just had some chips, salsa & queso. All things I bought yesterday!

I actually took the "nachos" idea and we had it for dinner last night with the 1.99 beef, pace mexican cheese, and a can of black beans. Thanks, it was delish!
