So do you think I should start by contacting GM about the issue? I looked at the boxes and honestly don't see where stickers could ever have been- there are no signs on any of these that there were stickers to begin with. The banner wraps around the whole front and sides of the boxes, and there are no indications that anything was peeled off :shrug7:

I think I'd start with Publix and see what they are willing to do. I'd take in one box of cereal and my receipt. They might have you bring all the cereal in to exchange. They might take the peelies off current boxes to give to you rather than have you bring everything back (and hopefully have the local GM rep replace the peelies before someone else buys those boxes). They might give you an apology gift card.

They might say there's nothing they can do. If they do, then maybe they can give you the number for the GM rep that services their store or tell you when he/she is scheduled to be in the store next. If they can't, I'd send email through both the GM and Publix websites. The email I got from the GM rep came because I sent a comment through the Publix website.

I think maybe customers contacting CS is what made them decide to extend the promo! I know that my Publix was completely wiped out from someone or someone's going around and STEALING the peelies. It irritates me!!!! I bet enough people called and said that there were no more peelies therefore no way to at on the promo and the extended it. Call! I bet they'd do something.

I'm in agreement on the poor planning. This is the ideal situation for either a catalina type thing or a mail in like the Hershey movie deal was.
