I haven't done this, because I'm already a member. But, what it looks like, is that you sign up, and then it gives a credit to your account. To see this credit, click on MY ACCOUNT. It will list your free mug and 50 free prints. To get them, click REDEEM.

Yep, I saw that....after looking for a while. It gave me Zero to redeem so I emailed the customer service rep.
Any other new members able to get the mug?

I haven't been able to figure out how to do the mug either, here in GA the ad came out last Thursday.

I opened a new account, uploaded 2-3 photos and check the account status page and the mug was there for me. Maybe they fixed something

Also from the publix.com/photo page I clicked on the link for the mug directly and it took me to the signup page for Snapfish.......hope you get your mug, I also like to give them as gifts!

I want to do this. So it's through snapfish? Does that mean you have to pay for shipping? Or could there possibly be some wonderful free in store pick up?

Yes it is free store pick up at select locations.

I couldn't get the free mug to load correctly on my order, had to email customer service, they said they could fix my order once I placed it if I emailed them back.
The shipping is 5.99 per photogift.

THey have free pickup on prints, but an order using free credits are not allowed this option, therefore shipping is like 3.49. I don't think its that great a deal, the shipping also does not combine if you buy a photogift.

So my shipping total was like 8 bucks...
Instead I went to winkflash, and using certain codes out there you can get 50 4x6 prints for free with 99cent shipping. I did this instead.
