Publix 5/35 printable from site - dead?

Where are you seeing 'print coupon' buttons?? I can only see a print page option.

I can't find this anywhere. When I follow the link there's nothiing on the page except two buttons that say "Back" and "add to the list". No mention of printing or a coupon. Can someone tell me how to get to this coupon from the homepage?

I'm afraid it's gone. The ads in Orange County have the
$5/40 right on the cover in store, though. :)

The deal is semi-dead. The online version of the coupon has apparently been taken down.

Online, I still see the coupon on the bottom of page 1 of my local area flyer, but when I click on the coupon it brings up a mostly-blank page (same as Macaela25 wrote).

When it was working, there were "View Larger" and "Print" buttons on the detail page, just below the small coupon image (not to be confused with your browser's 'print page' function).

A Publix manager said that corporate notified all managers to not accept the reprinted version.

Of course, the coupon clipped out of the actual flyer is still OK. But I'd say you may be pushing your luck if you try to use one from outside your region (that is, if your region was running a different $/$ version, or wasn't running one at all).

They "fixed" it the rest of the way — now the online flyer has just a blank spot in the lower-right corner where the coupon was (like they usually do when there's a coupon in the flyer).

There were still plenty of copies (with the coupon) in the store I visited Saturday evening.

When i was at my store there was a notice up warning cashiers not to accept these "fraudulent" coupons. Luckily there were lots of sales papers with coupons...so it wasn't an issue for me.

I am just not seeing how these are fraudulent. They put them up on their site to be printed, people print them, and now they are fraudulent?

Are people doing bad things with these or something?


I will say that the past two times I've been to Publix this week the cashier, my favorite one, has told me that Publix corporate wide is cracking down on coupons in a hard core fashion. They have had meetings each morning this week on what coupons to take, which kinds are not acceptable, and that if they are unsure on anything that it must have mgt. approval.

I agree. I don't see how they can classify them as fraudulent especially since they came from their own website. Just wanted to give people a heads up though...I wouldn't try using it.
