Please excuse my ignorance but Publix sale ends today and another starts today? I'm just learning. In the past I never payed much attention to sales. I know shame on me

The Publix sales run from Wednesday to Tuesday in some areas and Thursday to Wednesday in others. You can check it by looking at the bottom of the ad from your local paper or local Publix. It is probably available by looking at the Publix website and giving your zip code for the ad.

My dh has eaten the chicken straight out of the can and says it's fine.

I've had it heated up and seasoned like in chicken chili or chicken quesadillas, and those are both good. :) It's nice to have on hand for emergencies since we aren't giant canned tuna eaters.

I went to the Kashi website but could only find a Q for the Vive cereal.... any idea where I need to go specifically for the granola bars Q? TIA!!

Thanks! I might get a few cans to have around for quick dishes. I figure I can throw it in pasta, on pizza, in salad, maybe season it for tacos. I like the quesadilla idea.

Is the Valley Fresh Canned chicken any good? Would it be good on like a salad or on pizza or nachos?

Yes!! Its yummy!!! And so high in protein and low in fat!!!! I throw a can in with some salad mix and some mayo and relish... and thats such a yummy dinner for a hot summer night!!! LOVE it!!!
