    Default Customer Communication Card - how to contact Publix

    I've started to see these little orange cards in the lobby carousels at various stores around town. They are about 4"x8".


    Customer Communication Card

    Dear Valued Customer,

    Your satisfaction is very important to us. At Publix, we strive to exceed your expectations. If you have a comment or concern, please let us know.

    For the quickest resolution, please see your Store Manager or manager in charge while you are in the store. You can take this card to the Customer Service counter and ask to see the Store Manager. [This paragraph is in bold.]

    You may call the Store Manager at your convenience to voice your concern. The phone number of this store is on your cash register receipt.

    You may call Publix Consumer Relations at our corporate office to speak with a Consumer Response Specialist at: 1-800-242-1227 or email us at www.pulix.com and click on "Contact Us." Please be prepared to mention the store location where you shop. It is also on your receipt. We will have a Retail Manager contact you.

    I have had excellent response to the ONLINE comments that you can make via Publix.com. Under the Contact Us, select send us an email underneath the Consumer Relations section. I've had store managers call me and answer a question and I've had them get my full name and address to send me $20 gift certificates to 'compensate' me for my issues. Publix has always been very responsive to me for any reason. The baggers know that I want time to look over my receipt (to ensure no problems) before I go out to the parking lot. No reason to waste gas coming back if I can catch a problem while I'm in the store. I'm also famous for coming in on tuesday nights (right before the ad expires) for rainchecks.
