Tell me about it! I've been switched between Firefox and IE, they just didn't work sometimes. It's a love and hate relationship.

I haven't been able to print from bricks for a couple weeks now. It keeps asking me to install the coupon dealio and after I do it it still tells me I need to install the coupon dealio....rinse and repeat!
I haven't figured out what to do yet.

I got tired of getting the "please wait" message almost everytime I wanted to print a coupon (about 80% of the time from Bricks) and I emailed them this time under the "help" stating that I kept getting the "please wait" message when trying to print. Additionally I stated that I had uninstalled the coupon printing software and reinstalled it, and still got the "please wait" message. That was all I said, nothing more.

Within 10 minutes, I got an email that had some instructions on it, and a direct link to print out the coupon... and it worked just fine. Perhaps when it does not work, email them, and get a direct link to print the coupon.

BTW, this was the Yoplait coupon $.50/2.

Just curious, how many of you have a multi function machine? My old printer did the Bricks about 60-70% ish of the time. Now it's next to never. One in every 10-15 tries. The change was a new laptop and a multi function machine. Hubby read somewhere about the multi function machine having problems. (You know, fax/printer/copier/etc...) Regardless, nothing I did worked either.

I do own a copy/printer/scanner combo.

When I get the "please install coupon printer" message, I click on "next" or whatever it is on the bottom right of the screen. I never download the printer again. After doing that, my coupons print.

It actually isn't an email address, its a link. Let's use the Cinnabon Cereal coupon as an example, which can be found Cinnabon Cereal - Coupon This is an offer where you don't have to log in to print the coupon.

On that page, at the bottom of the page, there is a "Help" link. It will take you to a different page where you enter in your information. It seems though that over the past couple of days, this page has changed to where you can request that they mail you the coupon if you can not print it.

The email address that I received the direct link from was help@coupons.com

Hope this helps.

I am having problems also. Used to be able to print from bricks, but now it says that it does not support my printer or one of my printer settings. Seems that it objects to a setting having to do with saving a copy...advised to uncheck this setting....problem is the setting wasn't checked to begin with!

I do have a HP multifunction printer/fax/scanner/copier.

Anyone get this message from bricks and find a solution? TIA

I have been having this problem for months now, I have just about given up. Congrats to those who received a reply from them...after emailing their tech support numerous times...they have yet to reply to me. I have changed printer settings. I do use a multifunction printer though. I used to get messages telling me my browser wasn't supported (that was ie 7...lol), so I installed firefox - same message, installed several other browsers they listed hoping for something to work, but nothing did. I have downloaded and installed and reinstalled that stupid coupon printer so many times its crazy. I use windows XP pro, with no pop up blockers. I have tried changing browser settings, printer settings, permissions, etc, with zero changes. Other than noe it tells me that my printer isn't installed or supported and I need to install it. Its an HP multiprinter, I would certainly hope they would support one of the largest printer companies in the world. Its all too frustrating really....missing out on the deals. All I know is one day it worked, the next day it didn't. ARG!!!
