I did a search and I didn't see it on the first few search pages, and I did it yesterday, it did work for me.

for me it acts like its gonna print, even lets me click on the print button...but then just sits there with please wait...after doing this twice and waiting an hour each time....I gave up and went back and clicked help, so they will mail it to me instead...
