For those running Windows 7, you will get an error message saying that E-Centives doesn't support printing on your operating system. To remedy this, please right click on your browser and go to Properties. Then go to the Compatibility tab, and check Run in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP 3. Then put a check on that same tab for Run as Administrator. Should be good to go from there if you already have their coupon printer installed.
