If it doesn't work, I usually wait a while and try another day. Sometimes the latest version of Java is the one that doesn't work. If anyone doesn't know you can go to the Java Sun System website and it will do a version check for you and tell you if there's a newer version available.
I do have SS working on my Vista computer now, but it only ever shows a fraction of the coupons my ye olde XP computers show.
