You must first register and then go through the "can I help you" option for one thing (skin, haircolor, makeup, etc.)--then it will cue you to print the coupon--it will let you print it twice.

be prepared for a hassle using this coupon for anything other than haircolor, all the coupons print out the same(you can print 2 from each consultation or whatever you want to call it....) they all only picture a box of haircolor. so if you get a coupon hating cashier they may not take it. I used these for black friday at cvs and the first store, ouldnt take it. the second two took it with no problem.
