I don't think SmartSource "gets it" (or am I the only one with these problems?)
I checked 4 coupons, and went to print them.
3 coupons easily fit on one sheet of paper, and the 4th could go on a 2nd sheet. But what do I get???

FOUR sheets of paper, one for each coupon. In addition to the coupon, there are large advertisements or recipes that fill the rest of the sheet.
That's a lot of wasted paper and ink! (and ink is VERY expensive).
I also find that they print coupons I did NOT request. I have to go back and make sure they haven't "helpfully" checked a coupon for me. Didn't catch one this time, so I have a 60-day pass to BJ's (whatever THAT is - never heard of it before). Again, a waste since it was not asked for.
Is there a way to print out the (requested) coupons and just the coupons?? I am tired of using up unnecessary ink & paper!!

Yeah I've noticed that they check boxes sometimes.. always make sure before you print that only the ones you want are checked.

As far as just printing the coupons.. the only way I can think of.. if the coupon prints at the top of the page.. is to print one at a time and cancel the print as soon as the coupon is done...

I have had the same issues with it printing coupons I didn't choose and taking up one page per coupon. (I thought I just got click happy and signed myself up for stuff I didn't want.) As far as how it prints, it is totally wasteful. I just look at it like the piece of paper and ink are worth the dollar I am saving. I use a laser printer for my coupons so its catriages seem to last forever anyway. Then I use the extra paper from the coupon for scrap paper. (grocery list, to do lists, phone messages)
When everyone is pushing to be green it does surprise me though that smartsource is being so wasteful.

I wish I could remember the name, but there was a printable coupon site that printed several coupons on a page, without wasting my ink and paper. No huge advertising or recipes, either.
(It's the ink that makes burns me up - it's SO expensive!).
Does anyone know the name of the site (or something similar).
It seems a crime to try to save money by using coupons, only to have to spend ink from $20 - $30 cartridges!!

Anybody have any ideas for which stores take IPs for free items? I have been able to print a few "frees" when I get in on a promotion but I have no idea who accepts them!!!

I have Windows Vista. Is that why I can never print from "brinks"?

Vista shouldn't be a problem.. I have Vista and can print from Bricks.. check this thread out.. there's some suggestions for things you can do to help print.. HTH.. ;)
