Where did the $4/1 PC Q come from... I haven't seen one....

The $4/1 Pampers Splashers is in the baby magazine that PC puts out. I found mine at the customer service desk and by the front door. I would tell what the name of the magazine is, but I already ripped out the coupons and threw the rest away.

It's in the Baby Club magazine.... Now these are marked $3 at my store, and I got the overage with no beeps or pressing clear!
