Price Chopper (NE) undoubling dnd 5 coupons now?

I've never had this happen at Price Chopper. I went to the store near the Summit in Worcester and I had a few dnd 5 coupons the cashier was newer and she really read EVERY coupon. She pressed a little button on the register and scanned the dnd 5 coupons and they didn't double. Of course then she forgot to press it again and almost didn't double my others too til i brought it to her attention. But I hope this isn't going to be their new thing now. Ugh.

Yeah, many of the cashiers actually read them now... I hate when it happens, but I do luck out sometimes!

That has been the practice at my Price Chopper for some time now. Now and then they go through, but for the most part they don't.

I find it just depends on the cashier... The younger ones could care less. But it sucks to always have to go at night. LOL

I've yet to have this happen to me before the other day at any PC. But I guess I'll know not to count on the dnd 5 doubling for 100% sure now.

I hear ya there!

For me, there's a few older cashiers that analyze each and every coupon and will not double a DND coupon even if it begins with a 5. I try to avoid them. But I never have problems at night.
