Anyone else notice the great deal at Price Chopper this week? Kellogg's cereal is 3/$5. And there's a free coupon in the flyer for a free reuseable shopping bag when you buy the cereal - and one for a free box of Pop Tarts. Combined with the current $1 off 2 boxes of cereal printable coupon available online, you're getting 3 boxes of cereal, a box of pop tarts and a free shopping bag, for $4. DH thought this was so good, he stopped back today at PC armed with the 3 coupons & picked it up again, and PC let him use all 3 coupons again, so I think I'm going to go back & pick up another batch. Cereal freezes well, so at this price I'm going to stock up!

On another note:
you freeze cereal??? it stays just fine in my pantry if it isn't opened:shrug7: Freezer space is at a premium here

Sorry, I was an idiot & I thought it was 3 for $5, not 3 for $9! yes, you can freeze cereal. It does last forever in a pantry, but of coruse, will last even longer in the freezer. It's just hubby & I, so that much cereal will last us quite a while.
