On my way to work last night, I stopped by to pick up a few things at Price Chopper. I bought over $10 worth of Colgate products for a $3 OYNO and a Brita Filter and Kitty Litter in hopes of getting a $5 OYNO cat from Clorox. I finished the transaction and saw that there were 3 red lights blinking on the catalina machine!! I was horrified! The cashier could see that there was a paper jam but could not do anything for me at 10:15 PM and I had to get to work! I hope that they can print me up my cats today!! And I can get them on my way to work or tomorrow morning. :sad:

I just sent an email to the Cataline company. Not sure it that will get me anywhere or not.
"I am unsure if this is the route that I should be taking, but I have tried to contact Price Chopper customer service at my Price Chopper store in Barre, VT and have been told someone would get back to me. I called Thursday and was told to call abck tomorrow and speak to Jennie. I called today and was told that Jennie was on a register and would call me back. She never did. I know how busy they probably are at the first part of the month, but I would like to get the 2 OYNO coupons to I have coming to me. Any suggestions? Thank you!"
Sorry about that! I would hunt down that girl who helped you. Tell her you were waiting for her call. Tell her again what had happened. Ask her what she can do. Be firm.

I went to Price Chopper today sick as a dog to pick up a few things. Took a chance to see if Jennie was there. She was and got me the Clorox cat. no problem. I was feeling so happy and wanted to get home that I did not mention the Colgate cat. that I did not get on Wednesday night. I figure that with the sale prices and coupons, I still did not do too bad even without the cat. I did get in the same line as Wednesday and found out that the machine is still NOT working, so I moved to a different line before checking out! I did point that out to Jennie. Got home and checked my temp. 101 degrees!
that is why I try to check the machine before putting my groceries on the belt. Sometimes I dont and if I know I am supposed to get one because of my purchases i address it immediately. I do let the cashier know the machine is not working and they will try to fix it. If my catalina doesn't print then I go to cs. It really is a pain in the butt.
ugh hope you feel better. The only time that happened to me at PC, the cashier had no clue what to do but I went to CS and they had someone re-ring my stuff to get the cat and I ended up getting a bunch of regular cat coupons too from it, so it worked out for me. I know alot of the cashiers just don't understand that these little pieces of paper are like gold to us! lol
