Unfortunately, they have changed their site and I can't find the FAQ section for you to print out.
However, since they offer a way to print (Smartsource) coupons ON THEIR SITE, I don't see how they could not take them.
I went last night to get the Aunt Jemima waffles/pancakes and had IP's for $1 off 2. I was informed at the checkout that they longer accept IP's there starting 3-4 weeks ago. I told the mgr who was writing me a raincheck the time that he should talk to his higher ups because that would definitely be hurting his bottom line when every other store in the area does. I understand why some stores do not accept them but if it's going to be standard at all the price choppers around here (there are 4-5 withing 10 miles of me) then I won't be shopping there anymore when I can maximize my savings at the competitors. I emailed CS but haven't heard back yet.

I was told they do not take IP for Frees. Tonight I had a problem with a free (mailed) Q that looked like an IP, yet I took the part of it with my name and address on it. They would not take it because "it looks like a printed coupon from the computer." I've also had problems with the IP frees (which at the time I was told "We take printable coupons") in the past. The corporate number that I was given that time was 1-800-72-PRICE. If I have time tomorrow I will be calling and will ask for a copy of their policy.

Is it time to go shopping yet?
I have not had a problem using IP at my store. I used a lot this week without any problems at all.
I think this is a store by store thing. I had an issue last week using some IPs but the woman running the front end "knows" me so she took the time to check the list she has of known counterfeit coupons and since mine weren't on it, she took them. I think since other stores are starting not to take them and since they are getting more and more notices of counterfeit coupons they will either stop taking them all together or will be very selective. I assume for most stores, they are going to take the easy way out and just say "no". But I hope I'm wrong.
