Most of us KCers know about the $5 coupon in the Entertainment Book. But I wanted to post about it to make sure everyone was familiar with it, and familiar with the Book Prices!
Entertainment Book often goes on sale in February and March! And if you agree to Reorder the Book the Following year, it can be had for as low as $7 with free shipping! Later in the year it will will be $2/25. This is a great price for a $35 book! It often has lot's of free items coupons and Bogo coupons for resturaunts.

In the front of that Book, is the $5 coupons. 1 will be off a $50 purchase. and the rest will be for a 3 Month span and for $5 off $75 or more. All told there are 2 Pages with 5 Coupons, that will save you $25 off your grocery bill!

I recently spoke with a Cashier and asked her about how Applying the $5 coupons works. I wanted to know if my Order Total was $50 after the store card was applied, yet before taxes, and before coupons would the Coupon work? She said since the Coupons are Basically a Bunch of $1 payments , that yes at the Roeland Park store you can use those coupons! You will need to apply it right after the store card and before the other coupons if you want it to go through seamlessly.
When I asked this , My Pre discount total was about $129 , With the coupons and sales I had it down to $52 (2 of which had to be refunded for wrong price) So I had her try the $5/75 coupon and it went through! Yay!
This is basically the same way CVS does their $5/20 coupons that were in last weeks paper!
