I've just started as well... I've used coupons in the past, but I never knew all the possibilities! After checking around the Independence/Kansas City/Overland Park and in-between areas a bit, I think Hen House (HH) is where we'll start trying this out. I have a Sunfresh nearer to me, but I never have good luck with their deli meats and cheeses, and have to check the expiration dates in the dairy section every time. I always find something out of date when I pick up whatever is on my list. I think they just don't watch/rotate their stock very well.

Anyway, HH seems to have excellent deals, and with the doubling opportunities, it seems like the best place to go to get the most for your money/time. And not to be a shopper snob , but we're trying to eat more mindfully, local, healthy, fresh, organic, etc, and I am having trouble finding good quality, less-$$, more variety produce at some of my local stores. I'm going to try farmer's markets for produce during the summer.
