EASY Oven Fried Chicken

Cut up chicken, wash and dry each piece. Dip pieces in evaporated milk and roll in crushed corn flake crumbs.

Bake in foil-lined pan at 375F until brown (approximately one hour) turning once.

Very nice - I'm a big fan of oven fried chicken. I will be sure to try this recipe, it's a little easier than mine!

in place of the corn flakes?

We use crushed up potato chip crumbs.

mmmmmm, that honey sunshine stuff is so good, I dont think it would make it to the chicken in my house lol!
