Layered Chicken Hotdish

13oz canned chicken, drained (can also use leftover chx breast)
16oz frozen broccoli
8oz velveeta, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chicken flavored Stove Top

Prepare stuffing as directed on box, set aside. Preheat over to 350*. Place chicken in 9x13 pan, place broccoli on top of chicken. Top with cubed cheese. Combine soups and pour over cheese. Spread stuffing on top. Bake 1 hour @ 350*
