Roast Rosemary Chicken
1 broiling chicken
1 cube margarine
½ tsp parley
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp rosemary leaves, broken
½ tsp onion powder
Mix all ingredients except for chicken. Rub margarine mixture onto chicken. Put a meat thermometer into the meatest part of the chicken. Start with the breast down, ½ way through, turnover. Roast for 1.5 – 2 hours until leg is flexible and juices from leg run clear.
