    Default Turkey HELP

My turkey is still frozen after being in the fridge for a few days. Also, I'd like to brine it but don't have enough room in the fridge, and I live in Florida so can't sit it outside! I don't even have a large enough cooler. So can you just brine for a few hours Thanksgiving morning? And what to do with the still frozen turkey? This is just for my family for leftovers, not the "big day" turkey.

We've used one of the big paint buckets from Home Depot or Lowes for brining. Make sure to add ice to keep it cold. If possible, you could set the bucket in a cooler and keep ice in that too. Good luck!
