Help with leftover turkey

I cooked a turkey over the weekend. I don't have much to do with the left overs. I was thinking of putting turkey, some steam fresh veggies (i don't have plain, some Melody's with light sauces), gravy in a Pillsbury pie crust and cover with a second and bake.

Not sure if the veggies will taste ok. Any opinions? The only canned veggies i have is cream corn :( , green beans, and peas.

And i was also thinking of using frozen hashbrowns? Wonder if they would hold up.

I mixed turkey, 2 (different) steam fresh mix veggies, 1 cup frozen hasbrowns, 1 can gravy, about 3/4 cup drippings, sandwhiched between to pie crust. Smells great....almost ready to eat.
