Bourbon Street Chicken?

We were at a Ryan's buffet this weekend and I tried a dish that was called Bourbon Street Chicken, I think. It was incredible and I'm trying to figure out what was in it. The chicken was so flavorful and it had a light sauce - not thick and cornstarchy, kwim?

Has anyone else tried it? Ever tried a recipe of it? TIA.

I've tried bourbon Street Chicken....there are marinades out (just got one today for $1) to make your own Bourbon Chicken, it tastes the same as the Ryan's does. So yummy...I swear I could eat the whole chicken with that stuff on it.

I got the recipe off 4042.com - The Home Page for Johnston County, NC under recipes. Simple to make-I made it last week

what brand & kind of marinade is it?

For any of you who have Publix to shop at, they have a great burbon maranaide and a seperate sauce if wanted in their meat department. One has a yellow lid and the other a red lid. No brand really it just says burbon maranaide.
