OMG! A couple of weeks ago DH and I went to Longhorn Steak house and I had surf & turf...

the Salmon was glazed w/bourbon flavor

YUMMM!

I looked in our grocery stores and neither one had bourbon glaze/marinade

them I am in Shaws supermarket....there is a lady doing cooked samples of
Tyson (I think) bourbon chicken...

i told her of my visit to the steak house and she told me another customer raved about it, too

Still lookin for some bourbon marinade/glaze....

pretty please with bourbon on it?

I have had it several times at Golden Corral in Florida and Texas. They usually have a pan of white rice nearby. It is delicious and what I usually chose to have when it is on the bar.

Greenfrog I finally made the Bourbon Chicken recipe you posted the link to.
OMG my son just loved it and that is saying something. I thought it turned out very good considering it was my first time making it. This will be one I will be making several times a month, not too much cause I dont want everyone to get burned out on it.

I had Bourbon Street Chicken at Home Town Buffet last week. Very good. I could only get a small plate full because as soon as it was put out, it would be gone. It took them about 25 minutes to replace it, once it was gone.

Does anyone know how I would calculate the fat, protein, and carb content for the Chinese Bourbon Chicken recipe?
