PETCO STORE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with every PETCO purchase you make. To this end, merchandise in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment or as merchandise credit. Customers without a receipt may exchange an item or receive merchandise credit for the value of an item returned. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. All PETCO returns are subject to the approval of management.

PETCO P.A.L.S. FREE FOOD PROGRAM. Use your P.A.L.S. card each time you buy premium dog or cat food. Once you buy 10 Bags, you get 1 Bag FREE!

Rules and Restrictions:

• You must be a PETCO P.A.L.S. member to participate.
• You must present your PETCO P.A.L.S. card for each bag purchase to automatically get credit toward your FREE bag.
• You must buy the same brand and size bag of premium dog or cat food (you may choose any flavor or life stage variety) for each purchase to automatically get credit toward your FREE bag.
• Ten bags must be purchased within 12 months of first bag purchase (made on or after June 25, 2000) to qualify for a FREE bag (This is not a rolling 12 months. This is 12 months from date of 1st bag purchase).
• No receipts are necessary or accepted.
• FREE bag will be awarded approximately 4 - 6 weeks after your 10th bag purchase in the form of a mailed coupon for the same brand and size of previous bag purchases, redeemable at any PETCO location.
• All sales tax on FREE bag is the responsibility of the consumer.
• Customer is responsible for notifying PETCO of any change in address.
• Returned food purchases will be deducted from those specific purchases applied to your P.A.L.S. card.
• FREE Food coupons are valid for one year from date of issue and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• FREE Food coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• FREE bag(s) does/do not count toward 10 bag purchase.
• PETCO reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue this program at any time.
• FREE Food program available on in-store purchases only. Does not apply to online purchases.

PETCO P.A.L.S. FREE FOOD PROGRAM. Use your P.A.L.S. card each time your dog or cat visits the PETCO Grooming Salon. Once you buy 8 Full-service Grooms, Full-service Baths or Self-service Dog Washes, you get 1 FREE!

Rules and Restrictions:

• You must be a PETCO P.A.L.S. member to participate.
• You must present your PETCO P.A.L.S. card for each groom or bath purchased to automatically get credit toward your FREE groom.
• 8 Full-service Grooms, Full-service Baths or Self-service Dog Washes must be purchased within 12 months of the first one purchased (made on or after Jan 1, 2004) to qualify for the FREE one.
• No receipts are necessary.
• FREE Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash will be awarded approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your 8th purchase in the form of a mailed coupon, redeemable at any PETCO Grooming Salon.
• Customer is responsible for notifying PETCO of any changes in address.
• Refunded grooming purchases will be deducted from those specific purchases applied to your P.A.L.S. card.

• Buy 8 Self-service Dog Wash, Get 1 FREE Program is available only in stores that offer Self-service Dog Wash. If Grooming Salon does not offer this service, offer is valid only on Full-service Grooming or Full-service Baths.
• PETCO reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue this program at any time.
• Customers who forget to use their P.A.L.S. card when paying for their groom can call PETCO customer satisfaction. They will be asked to mail or fax their receipt, name, address, daytime phone and P.A.L.S. number to customer satisfaction.
• FREE Groom program available on in-store purchases only, it is not available as an online purchase.
• Pet Services not available in all stores.
