PetCo Rave
I just had to pop in to say that the other day, I'd planned a trip to petco for a few things that usually run me about a hundred dollars. My printer wasn't working, and I went in, PRAYING that they were able to do digital scans (or whatever they're called when they scan the coupon on your smart phone/iPhone). Well, it turns out, they don't, but the manager went completely out of her way (and she looked really busy, running all over the store) to get it to work for me. She had me pull up the coupon from my e-mail on my phone and called someone to get the right code to punch into the register. Took a little while, but she got it - and she didn't even have to. I would have walked away and come back another day after fixing the printer. Not only did she go out of her way, but she did it HAPPILY.
I've not always had great luck at the pet store chains, but I couldn't pass up posting about this. Made my day.

That's an awesome experience you had! Have you considered contacting Petco corporate? I'm sure they'd love to hear the compliment!
