I found in Petco a MIR for a free 3 lb. bag of Max Cat food. ex. 12/31/08.
Send in rebate form, UPC and Cash Reg. Reciept dated on or before 12/31/08.

When I received my rebate check for this I also got a $2.00 off coupon. There is also a rebate for a free bag of Max Dog food. I have 2 extras of the dog form, so if anyone is interested PM me. They expire on 12/31/08. There is no dollar amount on these forms, so its what you paid.
