Missed the rules.
I'm special education teacher in Il who has a live-in BF and sister. BF has 4 children 18, 16, 12, and 5. I found out about HCW from a post on SD. I had tried couponing before by just using them with my list instead of looking at the ad and using them with what was already on sale. It's begun to make much more since to me now and I've had great success with it.
