It can be any kind of activity that gets you moving - walking around your office, playing with the kids, doing squats while you watch tv.
I personally have been doing a little step aerobics routine everytime I go outside at work for a dreaded ciggarette break(yes I know that is another challenge I must deal with). Over the course of the day I have been doing a total of about 20 minutes worth of exercise.

I was walking at least 1 mile a day, then moved to 2, and sometimes 3 miles a day. But then I started this thing saying I just don't have time, so I stopped altogether.
I think I can do 10 minutes, and get started again. |
