I'm about 10 lbs higher than I wanted to be by now because with the holidays and all the sicknesses, I've just not been taking my diet & exercise seriously.
Today I did go to the doctor though to get my cholesterol checked again, 6 months ago it was bad!!! And I'm happy to report that all my bad cholesterol levels have come down to acceptable levels. My good cholesterol is still a little low but I know that's because I haven't been exercising. So yay, I can stay off meds. I'm psyched!

Thanks Cin! I have just been stuck at about 191-194 for so long now. My highest was 208 when I started really doing South Beach this past summer. Then I got down to 191, and have been yo-yoing between that and 194. I would just like to get under 190, it's been so long!!
