I am one of "those" people
who has a fabulous metabolism
and is as sedentary as is possible,
so I am "scrawny, yet soft"
My DH needs to lose about 60 pounds this year,
so together we are going to try to get fit.
Walking together is better than nothing, but gets boring, quick.
We tried the Wii here at his brothers house, and it's fun; so we are hoping to get one to break the monotony.

I don't have THAT many stairs but going up and down then all day long sure gives you a workout.
