    My fitness goal is to be healthy and if I'm lucky get down to 110.

    I'm 128 right now.

    I plan on playing fitness games (Zumba, Just Dance 3, Wii Fit Plus) on my Wii.

    Trying to workout (hardcore) 3 times a week.

    Move everyday. By that, I mean walk, run, dance, etc. just do something 30 minutes a day.

    Oh and I'm at my office right now, but yesterday, I met up with my personal trainer and I did core/strength work with her for an hour. Talk about burn!
    Always ISO:
    Stayfree, Playtex Gentle Glide, Cottonelle, 9Lives, Friskies, Arm & Hammer Kitty Litter, Frozen Food (Healthy Choice, Marie Callender, Stouffer's, etc.) - any value.

    Anyway, not sure when I last posted in the unmerged thread--

    Wednesday--60 minutes Wii running
    Thurs--rest day
    Friday--JM video

    I have some Bob Harper videos coming. I hope I like them! I need to change up my routine.

    My goals for 2012:
    1. Reduce diet coke consumption to near zero
    2. Lose up to 20 pounds (I think I would be happy with 15)
    3. Attempt to determine cause for dark chocolate cravings and find another outlet for them
    4. Continue to exercise at least five days a week if I am healthy
    5. Do some form of strength training/use weights at least two days a week
    Always ISO Coke 12 pack and 2-liter coupons

    I've been playing Just Dance 2 and 3 everyday and I also went ice skating yesterday.

    I am doing the From Couch to 5K routine. I am on week 1, day 2. I'm definitely going to make it through week 1 and am looking forward to increasing my running time. I haven't lost any weight yet but I feel so much better.

    On the treadmill last night I walked for a total of 24 minutes and ran for a total of 6 minutes. Tonight I am going to do Just Dance 2 on the Wii.

    I really should look that couch to 5k up again,
    but I seriously am so lazy with regards to exercise...
