Sunday, Feb. 5 - Week 4, Day 3 of C25K - ran at 4.7mph and total distance was 2.688 miles
Monday, Feb. 6 - Week 1, Day 5 of 30DS - pushed myself harder. Still working on making it all the way through the jumping jack/jump rope segment and lateral raises with weights
Tuesday, Feb. 7 - Week 4, Day 4 of C25K - ran at 5.0mph and total distance was 2.74mph
Wednesday, Feb. 8 - rest day - knees were hurting and was so tired that I went to bed early
Thursday, Feb 9 - Week 5, Day 1 of C25K - ran at 4.8mph (started to follow the mileage instead of the minutes). Total distance of 3.0 miles.
Friday, Feb. 10 - Week 1, Day 6 of 30DS (oops, fell asleep on the couch while DH was reading the kids a bed-time story so I didn't workout)
Saturday, Feb. 11 - Week 5, Day 2 of C25K (Ran 3/4 of a mile at 5.0mph and 5.5mph with a 1/2 mile walk in between. Total distance was 3 miles)
Sunday, Feb. 12 - Week 1, Day 7 of 30DS (again, fell asleep at 9:00 so no workout. I've been so tired lately)
Having two birthday celebrations this weekend for my DD who is turning 5. So my eating might not be the healthiest but at least I am learning portion control. Have a great weekend and keep it up. You ladies are doing wonderful.
