My challenge: to work out regularly and eat smaller portions and healthier foods
Current activities: Wii Sports - am really liking the boxing to relieve some of my pent up frustrations. Also the baseball training is a good workout and then I play the tennis for a cool down. I think I might look for a kick boxing DVD today.
