2011 Contacting Companies Challenge

I complimented Palmer's (which my husband uses regularly). They didn't send anything right away, but I was put on their mailing list. I was later invited to do a survey. That survey sent a package worth at least $20 worth of product (postage alone was $10. I was HAPPY! Two months later, I was invited to do another survey. I'm hoping for another good one!

I emailed O.P.I. awhile back and said that I wanted to try the Black Shatter and one day a box showed up at my home and when I opened it, it was a bottle of black shatter.

And then recently after having that bottle for a while, I emailed them because I couldnt get the bottle open at all and they are shipping me replacement bottles again :D
