I was 293 pounds on June 1st. My doctor took me off insulin and put me on a new medicine called Victoza. Wonder of wonders, it took away my appetite so I am not craving food 24/7. I started losing weight immediately.
I now eat 3 (90 calorie) granola bars during the day and diet coke. Eat a small simple dinner and have soup (1 can) if I get hungry in the evenings.
I have so far lost 49 lbs. I was 293, now 244. I want to reach 240 and then maybe set a goal of 220.
I am a 6'3" big framed man so I dont want to be considered skinny. Just svelte.

I am working out with the wife 3 times a week to the Biggest Loser videos ( we have 6 of them).
