Personal Challenge 2010: the best mypoints deals for things you will get anyways

Here is the challenge:
What do you absolutely need, and can go through mypoints and use a mileage or cash back card for:hectic1:?
I need batteries, can get them from a pharmacy via mypoints and use my cashback card, use a coupon and get register rewards or catalinas or extrabucks..
so, this looks like :
6 8 packs battery $48
-20 mypoints
-14 extra care bucks
-2% cashback
-coupon from the register for a product
$6 in manuf coupons

This also a contest.. the post that saves me the most money/value is the one that gets a percentage of my saving.
A kid told me about double coupons and she got the coupons for meat and desserts. She saved $7.20
