Healthy Lifestyle Change challenge  for the month of Aug my goal was at least 5-7 lbs and I met it !  it was a bit rough and lots of temptations:hectic1:  . but with watching what I ate and being very busy helped out alot! I treated myself to a 3 muskieteers bar  not the best snack but its been a month without treats . I drink water and diet green tea. I cut soda out completely. as my dr told me even diet is worst for you. if anything drink clear diet sodas.

goal for this month more exercise (fitting it in the busy schedule I should say.) trying for at least 30 mins.
So Here is the challenge if you have 5-20 or more lbs join me in the sept challenge for a new you! The Healthy lifestyle change challenge. take one month at a time and change one thing for example I quit soda, I know alot of you are addicted to it lol but even if you only drink 1 a day instead of a whole 6 pk and drink water the rest that is a change and in the end you will notice that change. there are going to be days that temptations will get the best of you. Ive been putting my yogurt in the freezer and then eating it as a cool sweet treat. just like a sorbet kinda ice cream cup ;) if ya want to join in for a new you post your goals and what you would like to change/set your goal for the month of Sept. Lets keep each other on track!  remember you can do anything if you set your mind to it.
