I've definitely had great things come of being generous. I sold a desk awhile back for $20 (big name brand thing) to a lovely newly married military couple (even took their check since it was written on NFCU) and they didn't want the chair. When a cute graduate student with a tiny civic came to look at it and we wouldn't take her money and DH helped her put it in her car she was elated. W found our puppy on craigslist the next week. I have never shirked at giving part of my stockpiles to local charities and family member or those in need. I never seem to have an issue refilling after either.

Good on you for beign willing todo what you can. Your microwave will find its way to your home as surely as your faith has helped you find your way.

I do a sale in the spring, one in the fall & all winter long I donate..had my fall sale a couple of weeks ago & started my donations last week, was able to drop off 12 bags the other day!

A little Update.

So far I have given a lot of stuff to the local women's shelter. I gave a bunch of things to a family with a new baby and two recently adopted children. I am also going to meet with a lady who is in need of a lot of the stuff I have, and she is very interested in couponing!!! I am very excited to see what else God has planned for his stuff.

I just wanted to share about what a blessing I received today. We had an electric problem in our upstairs hallway for about two months now. I was putting off getting it fixed because I know it will cost like 200 bucks or more. Well today a friend came over and just fixed it for us. I did not even ask him to! He just said he was gonna come over and fix it and he did!! What a huge blessing.
