WLC Weigh-in 6/23/08 Weigh-ins here ladies :)
Finally past 177....I'm at 176.5 !! Thank goodness since last week I was up. Let's see how every one is doing. I will be posting a progress sometime this week so keep an eye out :)

Re: WLC Weigh-in 6/23/08 Sorry for the late post - I have had a dredful week, but I have managed to stay on my diet. Which guiven the circumstances is huge for me - as normally with this much stress I would have comforted myself with chocolate!
So, this morning I weighed 170 (down 4 lbs. from last week).
I did a lot of exercise this week - including 3 yoga classes and an outdoor hike (in 100 degree heat) - I think that accounts for my increased weight loss.
