$3/1 ANY Pedigree Dog Food coupon

There will be a $3/1 ANY New Pedigree food for dogs (3.5 lb or larger) in this week's RP. I think the "New" is a better formula they have come out with to replace the old food. Should be a hot coupon though- just need to price the small bags of Pedigree at surrounding stores. Does anyone have ideas on prices?

the smaller bags are around $5.50 at kmart and my local schnucks.

the larger bags 15 lb (i dont know if they are "new") are $10 at dollar general

walgreens carries a 15lb bag for $12.99

the place to look is going to be walmart...or petsmart (a sale there would be nice)

I usually buy the 40 lb bags - last Saturday they were $20.50 at walmart and $18.95 (I think) on sale at Target. Seems like the 15/20 lb(?) was around $10 or $12 - I don't remember exactly. Don't know about the smaller bags though.

I bought mine with the $2 off coupon - wish I would of realized they had a $3 one coming out though. Oh well, I will stock up on some of the small bags for next time when I get a hold of those coupons. The 40 lb lasts my dog about a month and I was almost out last week anyway, so it will be gone by the end of March. (my dog is so old that I don't stock up on food any more that a month - just in case he passes- but if get the small bags for cheap, I can always donate unopened ones to the animal shelter anyway.)

I got the 20lb bag of new formula for $12.57 @ walmart. So, I'm going to assume if they carry the 3.5lb bag, it ought to be pretty close to free or cheap.

No size restriction on the coupon? They always have size restrictions! I usually get the 40 lbs bags at target when they have the GC deal. Sometimes they do b1 g $5 gc. but usually it is buy 2 or b1 and another treat. The bags are usually $19.49-$20

I think you have to get a 3.5 lb. bag or larger for this coupon, so stock up:)
