You read it! Let's use this thread to introduce ourselves and our pets. Some of us already know about each other, but with so many newbies coming to the site, it will be nice to get to put faces with pictures. Feel free to post pictures of your pets and a little intro, and pictures of yourself if you aren't shy.

These are my boys, Chester (yorkie) and Roscoe (chihuahua/pomeranian/rat terrier mix). They are my babies.

I have a 9 mo old shih tzu named Chloe and 2 male kittens named Malcolm and Angus that are 18 weeks old.

Cute idea for a thread. I'm on dialup but maybe I can convince my computer to post a few pics later. But for now:
Dogs: Hubbard, a ball crazy red chow/german shepherd mix & Nikki, a red heeler who until she went blind from diabetes, loved to chase Hubbard when he chases the ball.

Horses: We've got 5 of our own and are fostering four more for family members. Everything from quarter horses, spotted saddle horses, racking horses, Tennessee walkers, even a paint thoroughbred and a quarter horse/hackney mix. They sure keep us busy but they're all family!

Cats: Current three barn cats who keep the mice and snakes away! GOOD KITTIES! lol

Hi!
I am the family couponer, gathering coupons for everyone and their pets and at times doing the shopping for 4 households.

I unfortunately lost my 3 babies in as many summers and swore I was finished having pets. For the most part, I gave everything away from my dog and two cats.
Then in Sept. I was asked to take a 6.5 week old kitten that was thrown from a vehicle on a busy roadway, to the vet. ("person" should be shot!) I was going to foster him for two weeks. His circumstances so reminded my son and I of our final cat who was a rescue also, that we decided to keep him. This kitty is going to have a complex as initially we thought he was a she and it just seems that every time I go to buy something for him the only color left is pink.
My new baby,Sebastian, is a 5.5 month old medium haired tuxedo cat.

I also shop/coupon for my sisters' and mom's dogs which include 6 shih tzus and 1 teacup poodle and a Parrot.

Below are pictures of my kitten at 6.5 weeks, 4 months and 5 months old. In last picture,he was actually going at the unopened treats throwing it all over, but pixs were too blurred.

I have 6 cats:

Brian - a golden guy seen in my avatar. He has a heart condition, IBD & pancreatitis, but doesn't let it stop him from cuddling with me at night or claiming his spot as alpha cat

Giles - a huge silver tiger who velcrowed himself to my DH when we were at a rescue adopting another kitten. He wouldn't let go so we had to take him as well.


Tori & Raffy - known as the Pile o' Torties these two are always found cuddled up together and washing each other.

Juliet - our Black Siamese - I flew to Washington to adopt her from a woman who feeds ferals in the back alleys of Washington DC. Juliet, being a Siamese, was considered too outspoken for Washington and was moved to NJ for her own protection

Avi or Avatar -gorgeous long haired tortie - beautiful eyes in a dark face so she looks a bit like Toothless in How to train Your Dragon - she is on downs & in a private room because she would run screaming at the other cats & would bite people. While she still tries to bite on occasion she is quite the cuddlebug. May have been abused. Goes beserk when she sees big spoons or brooms. I tried to have a cat psychic talk to her but she refused to talk to the psychic.

I have a houseful of rescued dogs and 1 cat.

Ella - LHGSD, age 10, 100 lbs - who is getting ready for an ACL repair surgery. Also has pancreatus issues.

Yulson - LHGSD, age 8.5, 85 lbs - who has bone cancer, so we're not sure how much longer we have with him, so every day is special.

Dakota - LHGSD, 5 months, weight changes daily - I wasn't going to adopt another dog, but he could be their puppy and I fell in love.

Noelle - black lab, age 2.5, 55 lbs - she just recovered from heartworm treatment.

Kaylee - golden retriever, age 2, 45 lbs - she's the only one in the bunch who hasn't cost me a bundle at the vets so far!

Miss Boots, cat, she came with my husband. She's about 4 pounds soaking wet and terrorizes the dogs.
