How much is the smallest bag?

I've seen the smallest bag (for dogs) priced as low as 9.89 at Fleet Farm but the coupon notes "minimum $10 purchase required." Tractor Supply Company (TSC) has a couple varieties for between 12.99-14.99, at least in my neck of the woods.

Recieved mine the other day as well. Since its a high dollar q, I'm going to keep it attached to the letter it came with. This way there won't be any doubts to it being legit.
