How many pets and what types do you have?

I have 4...
2 dogs sam and gus (lhasa apso and shi tzu)
1 cat buster
1 hamster dora (we had two that we thought were "brothers" turned out they were brother and sister so for about a month we had 13 hamsters....)

We only have one so far....

Charlie - she's a 10 month old German Shorthair Pointer. VERY hyper but We lovvveeee her to death and will soon get another one, maybe this summer if they breed again.

just one cat here. i guess i can't count the kids, eh? lol!

several years ago when i lived in AL i had 35 cats, 4 dogs, 2 parakeets, 5 mice, and a bowl of goldfish. the mice were taken to the local pet shop, the rest i found good homes for before i moved outta state (that was a chore!!). i wouldn't mind having that many again one day (dh actually wants a dog, like, yesterday, lol), but not here. too many coyotes running around this area - i'm too skurred they'd be eaten :( the cat we have now is an indoor-only cat. sometimes he'll peek around the corner at the front door while i'm unloading the groceries from the car, but he's such a chicken, lol, he never goes farther than that.... like he knows he'll be grub if he goes in the yard!

Just one.
Soxx...the 80 lb. lab/husky who has no idea he's a dog, cannot bark, but can say "hello!"...and is the biggest teddy bear you'd ever want to meet!

I have one. He is a yellow lab and my only child. He is a joy in my life and way too spoiled. I would love to have another fur kid and am trying to talk dh into it.

I have one dog-ter. :) She's a 6 1/2-year-old boxer/lab mix and the cutest thing I've ever laid eyes on. Maddy's the brightest part of my day everyday.
