QUESTION Emory Cat anyone have one?

Does anyone have the Emory Cat board? I see it on TV and saw that WAGs as them in the store. I wanted to know if they really work. WE have 2 cats that are not declawed and they have the sharpest claws. It isn't a ruining our furniture issue (the scratching posts take care of that) but it is a human bleeding issue when they play with us and each other. I notice scratches on one of the cats face from where they play (though that is most likely from back claws from the way they play).

If anyone has one let me know how you feel they work.

I have two of them and the cats love them. HOWEVER,it DOES NOT trim their claws as advertised, nor does it stop them from clawing furniture!
When you call the phone number to order, the advertising for more, more and MORE, DOES NOT stop! How annoying! I am now trying to get a refill for the insert and can't figure out how to do that, other than calling that ANNOYING phone number.

I got one...the 2 cats with claws don't really use it-the 3 cats without claws like it! They are all more interested in the toy that came with it too.

I don't have one, but there is no way they would work. Cat's nails shed in layers and don't generally wear down (unless your cat does a LOT of walking outdoors).

We have this problem too and the best solution is to trim your cats' nails regularly. This really helps with them not catching on furniture/carpets and accidental scratches on people. I trim our youngest once per week, but our older ones once/month or so.

I saw these at Target day before yesterday. They were actually sold out of them but you could see the empty box they'd been in. They did have the refills. These things look so great on the commercial but I think my cats would still scratch the furniture!

Our cat just does the side of our mattress and sometimes a dining room chair. We tried getting the scratching posts and the catnip scratch boxes... no luck. At least he doesn't do anywhere bad. :)

I have had it for 2 months...one cat with no claws loves it...figures the boys that have claws don't waste their time. Total waste of money for me.

I didn't think it was worth the money. I bought a smaller similar item at the Christmas Tree Shop for $1.99 and that seems to be a better hit with my two cats.
